right from the time i laid my eyes on these beautiful things, i was smitten. I had a very easy shopping experience, plus while i went for a +1 size as per the brand suggestion, it still did not fit my feet. Exchange was seamless and their helpline is actively managed hence making customers wait almost to none time when it comes to resolution of queries or similar such situations. Price is extremely attractive and as for the weight and fit, it is totally worth it. the shoes are very light but give decent hold around the foot. The only gripe i had was the easy fastening system is prone to slipping loose so i need to make extra sure that it is indeed tightened and anchored.
