Return & Exchange policy
At Palladium, every product is crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and design. Should you need assistance with a return or exchange, we are pleased to support you within the guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns for items that remain unused and in original condition within a 14-day window.
- Products must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box, free from damage or markings.
- Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or mishandling cannot be accepted.
Reverse pickups are arranged through our logistics partners during standard working hours. If a pickup cannot be completed within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Care team to assist you.
For select locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required self-ship the product. Shipping costs are reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt.
Footwear Guidelines
- The security tag loop must remain attached for returns or exchanges to be processed.
- Orders containing multiple units of the same style must be returned in full.
Exchanges - Exchanges are available for unused items returned in original condition.
- One exchange is permitted per order.
- Replacement items are dispatched to the original delivery address.
Returned exchange items follow our standard return guidelines.
